About International Shipping

Hi everyone, hope you’re having a good weekend.

We’ve received a number of questions regarding our internal shipping rate, so we wanted to share a quick clarification here.

At the moment, we’re not able to provide an exact shipping quote for international orders, as final costs will also depend on different location.

The amplifier weighs just under 40 lbs (18 kg), which contributes to the variability in final shipping cost.

To keep things moving, we are currently applying a flat $300 shipping fee based on our internal estimate.

Once the unit is ready to ship and the final shipping cost is confirmed, we will refund any excess. And If the actual shipping cost exceeds this estimate, we will not charge any additional amount.

This approach allows us to avoid delays while keeping the process predictable.
