Returns

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is:​

• in original condition

• returned with all original packaging and accessories

Customers must contact us before returning any product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of vacuum tube audio equipment and limited production runs, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• custom or made-to-order products

• special edition or limited production items

• products that show signs of use or modification

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using an insured shipping method for all returns.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with the claim process.
